I'm developing an app aimed at cashing in while the marvel and superhero phase is still going on. It ocurred to me way too late however, that all those characters are owned and copyrighted by massive corporations.

Can I weasel my way out of it if I just name batman batmon, and superman uberman? stuff like that? sort of how the chinese do it, lol ???
