you need to be likeable.

convince him that he's getting a good deal- this is a win win

negotating, you have to learn to read people, be smart, how bad do they need it? where else can they get it?

If you're the only show in town you can drag them over the coals while sounding sorry you have to charge so much

Hopefully you have a good sales boss, your sales boss should encourage you but also push you a little to do your best.

You gotta hit all the avenues, phones, doors, emails, flyers, presentations. You gotta give it 100%. Don't put too many hours in per day though. 6 hours of selling is a full day.

The most important thing I think is to make it fun, just have fun with the person socially, and don't worry about the sale. If you can get in that mindset you'll actually make more money.

Be very honest and real, don't have a fake smile and fake attittude, that shit does not work at all anymore.

Know know know your product, backwards and forwards.
