So only a year after graduating college and I find myself in the position of having to re-build an international online business more or less from the ground up.
To summarize, I got an internship at a company that runs multiple international online stores and several other online properties, with multiple office branches worldwide. The majority of employees at said company laughably quit over the duration of 2015, with the intern (me) left holding the bag in many ways. I am now expected to restructure, re-employ and revive the company using what we have.
My question here is do you guys have any recommendations for good books to read on internal business structure / employee hierarchy design for modern online businesses? Most systems required for the company to function are already in place, however everything was done very half-assedly, so if I am going to start restructuring the company I figure I might as well go all out and analyze / rebuild fucking everything.
So yeah, any advice would be awesome. Thanks in advance.
