I haven't touched weed regularly since I was about 17, I'm now 22 and drink alcohol quite often now. I experience mild panic attacks and insane paranoia like weed opens my eyes to "truths" about things like I always think people ar manipulative and are or to get me, or I feel like a piece of shit because I said something out of place when really most people wouldn't give a fuck.

Pictures like this give me hope, I know weed isn't that bad for you but when I smoke it I feel dirty and lazy and as though my day is going to be unproductive which is sorta depressing. I guess sport and training is my real drug.

If you choose to smoke again, I'd recommend going for a strain that has a decent CBD to THC ratio. More and more people get anxious on weed these days, and it's at least partly because prohibition led to super high THC strains with little or no CBD to moderate it's effect.
Strangely, (or maybe not) it's starting to look like the exercise high is due to your own natural cannabinoids.

Tomorrow is the 2 week mark in my T-break.

Thought it'd be more difficult but it's not.
For a while I smoked like a fiend. My tolerance was so high I'd take 1 gram hits from sink GB's on my own. So far I've noticed my mood has started to become more stable and my depression has lessened. I think weed helps me but only if I smoke once or maybe twice a month.

If I smoke too often I can't manage my depression and I become an absolute lazy, disgusting, unorganized piece of trash. Everyone's different I suppose.
