Generally 2k players are know to be awful, and generally new. So yeah, bronze. I actually calibrated at 2.1k when I first started ranked because for whatever reason I decided to calibrate back when I was awful.

The worst is that I can tell if the game is 100% lost, based on early game decision making. Like sometimes it is just painfully obvious. and if a player gets reported enough they look at chat logs and such and decide what to do from there

Basically how it works here as well. A certain amount of reports in comm abuse will get you a mute, and other stuff might get you low priority. People just select the category and send. You do not really have to write anything.
