yeah it goddamn was, I dont know why I watched it
Looking back on it, I really fucking loved this show. At the time I watched it while I was on for whatever reason, never liked it really, but now I can appreciate things like Prometheus and Bob, and... what was it? Action League Squad was like the progenitor of robot chicken. Good times.
I told you what it was even though it sounds like bullshit. angela anaconda
I really enjoyed this one. didn't last long apparently...
i only remember the one that was from the perspective of a space alien's documentary about how the dominant species on earth is cars, and they are plagued by these parasitic human things.
this mother fucker, right here
guys help me
The show was like a kids educational cartoon in the mid or late 90s, I think. It was about some family and every episode the kids had a question, like "how do our tongues work" or something like that, and their parents would take them on an adventure to learn about it. Similar to Magic School Bus I guess but that wasn't it. I feel like it was called "The Whatsits" or "The Howsits'" or something but I can't fucking find it
Porn for help
Hivemind? But that show was great
Well there was this one show, when I was really young....
It took place on a pirate ship, on public access television. I swear there were puppets, and a really creepy villain who always talked about eating your skin, super creepy. Anyways, that's the show. If anyone else remembers it, let me know.
There's an interesting interview with Jason Alexander where he talks about it being ahead of its time. And he's bang on.
Now it would be on Adult Swim and everyone would see it. But there was nothing like that back then. It was on some dubious channel at 11:30 at night.
Hold on, I'll fucking find it...
I have this whole show on dvd. The first season is funny as hell and then they ran out of ideas and every episode became a titty-filled adventure.
My mom wouldn't let me watch it, candle something. Not CandleJa...
If anyone knows when the next season starts, lemme know.
Literally don't know a single person who fucking watched this shit but it was so damn fucking good.
Pretty sure there was this one called making fiends? The characters looked weird there was a mean green girl who made monsters. I think her name was Vendetta and a nice blue girl Charlotte I think?
if you expect older anime in this thread.
Anyone ever see "Time Squad"? No one I know remembers that show and it was fucking awesome.
Dude I thought I was the only one who remembered that. My brother and I used to watch it religiously but he'd always have a panick attack durring after watching it and sometimes he'd pass out. Eventually he kept having recurring nightmares about it and our parents told us we couldn't watch it any more after he tried to jump out the window of our room one night. I was pissed cause it didn't bother me any. My brother is kind fo a pussy.
Duckman was so fucking awesome. One of my favorite shows ever.
Duckman trivia: the doctors in this episode ("Room With A Bellevue"), Doctors Ducharme and Morsink, were named after two fans who posted a lot on alt.tv.duckman.
The whole episode is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k1x136UO6Ns
"Action" is the best and most scathingly accurate show about the movie business ever.
The amount of stuff that seemed just too outrageous to possibly be true but was actually toned down from real Hollywood events was what made the show so great.
"Even a dog can shake hands"
Oh the waifu debates my classmates and I had on this show. Usually boiled down to why ayeka was better and ryoko and vice versa. Mihoshi was my og waifu. Yes I loved the dark meat
I watched Doug a whole lot and then I thought back on it and it lost any humor it had when I realized that Doug was just straight up autistic. There was no humor, no abstraction, no exaggeration he was just clinically autistic and everything and everyone that he interacting with in the show was responding to an autistic person as seen through the eyes of n autistic person. And it just made me really sad to think about.
You are crescent fresh anon! You and this cat!
That show was so weird and artsy. I loved it but I don't know if it was before or after its time. A cartoon character trying to do something with no talking with soft music playing in the background for like five uninterrupted minutes is something out of the early to mid 1900s
yeah, it like that one too
and this one
god i used to watch that so much, thanks
Little bit of information that nobody here will ever give a single fuck about, but it's important to me because it kind of forged my personality:
In the german translation she had one of the most amazing voice actresses I have heard to this very day and she is probably one of the reasons I always wanted to become a voice actor.
Voices are my life and this buttload of shit-tier cartoon is responsible for that.
I loved Histeria. Wish there was something like it on now.
Loved this show. I was little and it was just so intresting. Forgot the name but I new some episodes by heart. Barely found out the name. Still love it.
In school I had one single friend who watched all these. ONE kid of several hundred. We became best friends because of these shows.
He moved away when we were 14. I miss him.
thats pretty cool , at least it did some good.
This girl lost her shit later in life
>6 years old
>miss out school just to see the waifu on TV
>fucking loved Sonia
>world fell apart when they cancelled the show
>Screw every other sonic show, this was my jam
>literally got into music because of Sonic Underground
>still cry myself to sleep singing the themesong
This is the song that never ends
Yes it goes on and on my friend
Im convinced no one knows. I quote this somehow sometimes and just try to remember were it came from and all I see is a orange dog. Saw this thread, quote popped into my mind, and I fucking found it. Holy fuck. Love you faggots with all my heart.
Undergrads. I remember watching one episode on Comedy Central on a Sunday Night Monday Morning in 04, and I never seen an episode since.
I think the name keeps a lot of people from giving it a chance, but I loved this show and still hold out hope for season 2... also, I'm in love with Antonia Thomas.
This shit put me to sleep. Still kept watching it for some reason.
Please tell me you guys remember her.
She was my childhood heroine..
Well, her and Spinelli
Not a show, but we all remember watching one of these late night..
