Its hard to approve visitation for black lodges. You have to request permission through your grand lodge, who communicates the prince hall grand lodge, who asks the prince hall lodge for permission, who then allow or deny it, then they have to send word back to their grand lodge, who sends it to your grand lodge, who then gets it back to your lodge. Takes about 6 months to approve 1 visit if everyone does what they need to.
