>>664615136 all calories count no matter what the diet. the most important thing to remember when dropping your carb calorie intake is that while your body will start to convert protein and fat cells into glucose (to replace the sugars from carbs) you have to make sure you are NOT taking in more protein than you need per day as your body will burn this dietary fat only and not the stored body fat. and you won’t lose weight. check out more info on LCHF diets as i'm not a doctor though.
>>664616332 ..to add to this. dieting alone will only cause you to lose very little weight/flab. you need to do some form of exercise every single day to help your bodys engine burn the fuel you are feeding it. simple altering your diet and sitting on your butt in front of the computer as usual won't work. BUT.. everyone can lose weight. no exceptions. you just have to work at it. the side effects of it boosting your confidence etc far outway the "work" you have to put in.
