The problem with the satellite idea is that it would only appear on the network's satellite that gets chosen, unless you want to try to hack every network that shows the oscar's satellites. You'd only have to get one, the direct broadcast satellite, for each network that you wanted. I don't know the specifics, only that it's maybe possible. You'd have to identify which satellite you wanted and then make a connection with it which is probably restricted to the company that owns it so you'd have to trick the satellite into thinking you work for that company. But even if you do they company could just shut it off so I don't know how much time you'd have.

Technically the Nobel Committee only allows submissions from certain people to be made for the prizes: government officials, academics, former laureates, yadda yadda yadda...

Fuck it - I say we send in nominations anyways. Even if they don't put him in the running it'll be worth a few laughs to see what kind of replies we get about the submissions. And in the ridiculously unlikely case that he actually won, it'd be fucking hilarious.
