Hello /b/. I've been really depressed in the last half a year. I stayed in most of the time, ate and played video games. I ate A LOT. I ate like a fucking and I regret it. I gained over 15 kgs in the last 6 months. This is how I look now. My question to you is, will I ever be able to look like a normal human being again ? I want to start losing weight and in 15 days I'll start going to the gym. Will I look normal if I lose 25 kg ? Or I will have red stretch marks and lots of skin? I weight 85 now.

Also, yes. You just need to make sure you dont lose the weight too quickly so your skin can keep up. And do cardio, like running or swimming. No point going to the gym if all you want is to lose weight.
still would fuck. Seriously though, I lost 21kg in about 1 month by running, weight lifting, and eating an almost keto-type diet. Even just changing my diet from my unhealthy 2500 calories a day to 1500 calories helped me cut down plus the exercise. Chicken in bulk is cheap, hummus is cheap, veggies can be cheap, stick to small amounts of complex carbs like nuts, and eat mostly healthy fats compared to carbs. Low carbs, higher fats, keep a 150-300 calorie deficit each day.

You look like you're about 20-25 kgs overweight. You don't need to do anything really drastic to lose that much weight. Eat a little better, don't eat as much, and do at least an hour of cardiovascular exercise 4-5 times a week. You'll hit your goal by summer if you keep at it and don't cheat. The stretch marks will fade, but they will probably be there for years. Lastly, please show all of us nice gentlemen your anus.
I don't have any lose skin because I built muscle mass while losing the fat. I have a little extra skin under my arms, but not so much that it's noticeable.
Hard fucking work. Wake up at 5am, make high protein breakfast with half of the carbs in my diet. Take my stack of supplements. Wait about an hour after eating, weight lift. 50 minutes of constant lifting with different forms and weights. Then running 1-2 miles immediately after. Do some burpee-jacks and jump squats to finish it off, about 10 minutes of them. Take a rest. Shower. Make lunch. Rest. Make dinner. Run 1 mile and finish my day off with another shower and finally sleep.

I used to keep a weight of 165-170lbs but now I weigh 180 which made me start dieting and working out a little. You will feel great after a few days of healthy eating and working out. Do it for yourself, not others.

Gym exercise will help build muscle tone and muscle mass, and it will help you gain cardiovascular fitness, but it will rarely help you lose weight unless you change your eating. Weight loss is 95% eating, 5% exercise. My suggestion to you is to find a profession or hobby that you enjoy that is not sedentary - something that you can do for hours on end and not get sick of because it's interesting to you. It doesn't matter what it is - as long as it's not sitting in a chair or in front of a screen.
Although exercising and not counting into your calorie deficit helps. Let's say, like my calorie count, I need 1800 to maintain my weight. I want to lose weight so I add in a 200 calorie deficit. If I burn 400 calories from running/cardio, I don't eat those back. I have a 600 calorie deficit. At least that's what I've been told and I've been losing weight and gaining muscle mass.

Ill have 2 jobs starting 1st february so i wont have time for computer. Ill make time for the gym tho. Im planning on doing a lot of cardio there, im not looking to gain muscle, but to look normal.
I have a job too. You have to make time if you actually want to get healthy. The resting and making lunch/dinner is all replaceable if you are willing to work around you limitations.
Stretchmarks start red, then slowly fad over about 6-9 months to a silvery skin colour which are only noticeable when the light hits them a certain way.
Eat less, do some exercise so you don't muscle waste.
Be patient and expect to be hungry for a while.

I lost 50kg and only have faint stretch marks left. Now I'm hot and have a 10/10 partner.
Do alot of fasting and reduce your general intake. Once you do that you will feel much more full with less food. Drink alot of water and cut out soft drinks and alcohol if you mix with soft drinks or drink beer.
I was around 60kg about a year ago after doing whats mentioned above. I'm now 100kg and when its 2015 i plan on doing the same thing. But i plan to keep it that way even though i don't really give a fuck what people think and if i want to be fat (not obese) then so be it.

Eating right any any regular exercise will have you loosing weight, at least 30lbs until you hit a bit of a plateau. Once you hit the plateau you may need to do more cardio and shit or something.
Diet - add in lots of fresh and or frozen veg. Up protein and lower carbs and fat overall. Or pic something like the Mediterranean diet or whatever that is a LONG TERM and attainable diet. The most important thing is to up the veggies and remove all processed shit.
This will make you not feel bad anymore. No diet makes you feel great, but not eating lots of fat and upping the stuff that has nutrients, you just wind up feeling super not shitty anymore. Know how you're fat and you feel like a snail and you hurt and you're tired? All that goes away. You still can't walk up several flights of stairs, but you don't feel like ass all the time and want to eat more.
The thing is that I have no income and I live on my bf's money until I leave. I asked him to stop buying unhealthy food but he said no. Ill move out on 15 january and Ill start a new life. For the past 6-7,momths I ate frozen pizza, hamburgers, nuggets, lots of bread and drank nothing but soda. Literally. He buys 2 big bottles every 3 days and I really liked drinking and eating these stuff. Back in my country I was poor and never had these kind of food on a daily basis.
Gonestly those marks can go away but you must stick to a trict regime of cocoa butter and vitamin e oil rubbed on your skin, hemp lotion is really good too. test out them first just incase if you're alleric to them. losing wieght starts with just doing it. dont think to muchabout it, go for a walk eveyday, dont just put it off. i'd imagine your a cool gal s dont worry about anyone gawking at you when you go out. ive heard that the only reason you gett full is because the stomach is full. nothing to do with WHAT you eat. so start with eating healthier.
and from there you can easily start to eat less.
i lost 5 kilos in 3 weeks only by eating helthier not less food, still got full. i also tried to drink mych water. 0.7 Litre per meal.

He's right. If you can get to a gym and work with a trainer for a while, do it. For sure some walks. Drink lots of water and get rid of the soft drinks. No one will say a thing to you at the gym except encouragement or a friendly smile for getting out and just doing it. Best of luck it is worth it. Give it time!
I used to weigh 70 more pounds than I do right now. I'm 6'1 and 170 lbs, medically speaking I'm at an ideal weight. But the stretch marks and loose skin make me look pretty bad from straight on. So you probably won't ever look perfect without laser surgery, you can still look much better. I look like I'm in perfect shape with a shirt on, and I don't look bad from the side. But certain angles are unflattering. I still kinda have man boobs because the skin is so loose it just naturally hangs a little. Hey gj dude. I looked pretty similar to you now about 6 months ago. I've found lower abdominal exercises have helped flatten my loose stomach skin a fair bit. Just looks a bit tighter now. And push-ups have changed the shape of the titties to be less boobalicious.

I lost over 100lbs in 4 months OP, just change your diet. Eat tons of fruit and veggies and drink water. It's not hard at all.
I would pig out on fruiits/veggies all day and eat a sandwich for lunch then a normal dinner. Never set foot in a gym.

yeah you can do it, you don't even have to hit the gym just count calories. I've lost 45 pounds in the last 6 months by eating 1000 calories a day, you'll be hungry for a couple days but you get over it. i'm mostly eating black beans eggs and bananas, no liquid calories except if i drink beer. i don't stick to it every day but at least 5 days a week and the pounds are flying off, 20 pounds since late oct. feels good to have people notice.

Just eat less/eat healthier. Most importantly eat less. Count your calories. Aim for like 1500 a day. Exercise is obviously helpful but not necessary to get started. Seriously, it's all about how much you eat at the size you are now.

All you have to do to start losing weight is:
(1) Sprint twice a week. Run as fast as you can for 10-15 seconds, walk for a minute or two, sprint for 10-15 seconds again, repeat 4 or 5 times.
(2) Walk at least 30 minutes every day.
That's it. You'll start losing weight just by doing those two things that are easy as fuck.

My point was you don't need to spend your money on a gym, do what I said and I guarantee you will start losing weight without even having to diet. The sprinting and walking speed up your resting metabolism so you burn more calories when you're just sitting around. It works, trust me.

I did it before, i had some language courses but no money. 5 weeks, in weekends. It just broke me. I couldnt walk proprely after. I just cant go to gym after that. I would be exausted. I broke 2 pairsmof shoes on those 5 weeks. I still have marks on my legs.
