so for like just spanish classical guitar, composers would be like isaac albeniz, manuel maria ponce (mexican, not spanish), francisco tarrega, and federico moreno torroba.

for guitarists - john williams (not the star wars guy), manuel barrueco, christopher parkening, and andres segovia.

for flamenco - paco de lucia & paco pena are the most popular, but also somewhat formulaic. some of the more authentic flamenco would be like castellon, pepe nunez, and the aforementioned la paquera de jerez (singer) and el camaron de la isla.

i'm sure there's tons of that shit all over youtube.
