Sit down, put one leg on top of your arm and one leg under your arm, so it's kind of sandwiched inbetween. Then make sure that the leg on top of you're arm is pushing down and the other leg is pushing up. You may also have to support your elbow with your other arm. This is a good method which will almost certainly work.

Will a sprained leg be sufficient? When I was young, one time I was running around the house really fast and at one point my leg hit an angle of a wooden desk thing hard enough to sprain it for a while. Probably that I fell down the stairs. If I did it right, there should only be one fracture, which is a pretty generic injury. Maybe tell them that I tripped? It shouldn't really matter.
