Hey /b/, a few months ago I got attacked trying to break up a fight, and blew out my knee (ACL torn, MCL and PCL badly sprained). I've been out of work since the incident, and I hadn't been working at my job long enough to collect disability. I have just enough money to make it with rent and food through December, and hopefully I'll be healed enough to start working again.
In the meantime, its starting to get cold, and I need a coat for winter. Someone gave me a jacket liner that will keep me warm.. if I had the jacket. I really don't want to have to try and steal a coat. If anyone has any ideas, please post in this thread! Thanks.

go to local thrift shops and military surplus not goodwill and you should find cheap trenches meant for winter wear, salv army has a lot more direct jacket donations for men, I volunteer there. if you live in southern Ontario I'd give you a free winter coat but I don't have a way to ship a large jacket in my budget and the shipping is honestly the price of a coat due to weight.
