Never really heard of anyone doing this... Having food on your stomach will slow the process and possibly give a longer trip but less intense. I take them on an empty stomach and go in the woods. Normally have about 10 grams on me if I want to trip longer. You could just save them and get more so you can really feel it's power.

Make shroom tea or lemon tek.

Tea: Chop up the shrooms either in a coffee grinder (best) or on a cutting board. Bring the water to just barely boiling. Add the shrooms and half a lemon's juice, and let it simmer at almost boiling for 20 minutes. During the cool-down, steep any kind of tea you want. Ginger or plain ol' black tea works well to mask the taste.

Lemon tek: put the chopped shrooms in a cup, and cover it with lemon juice. Let it sit for 20 minutes, and chug/eat the sludge. Alternatively, you can add the shrooms to a cup of Emergen-C.

The acid from the lemon breaks the psilocybin down into psilocin, which is what actually makes you trip. Instead of making your body break down the psilocybin, the psilocin goes straight to your noodle and you're tripping within half an hour.

Google "lemon tek" or "shroom tea" to learn more.
