I assure you its a step forward to electronic chill music and it has a lot of things in common with it, it transmits a lot more and makes you fly to other dimensions, like literally. I recommend you checking out "God is an astronaut" for a start, since they use lots of electronic it will be easy for you to get into them. Later, you could try listening to Mogwai. They are a really, really deep group and their older albums (come on day young, happy songs for happy people) will transmit you more than any electronic group. If you like them, then you are prepared for meeting the kings of the oniric music:Sigur Rós. Ágætis byrjun is one of the most perfect albums ever made. Calm Voices, electronic effects, guitars fading in the distance...its my favourite group of all time.
