In the shower, turn the water as hot as possible. Splash it on your face, make sure it's not too fucking hot, but hot. This opens your pores, getting bacteria out. After the hot water, get cold water, splash it on your face. This closes your pores, making sure bacteria doesn't get back in them. At least this is my hypothesis, I don't know of it's truth, but it works for me.

Also, boil water and hold your face over it, the steam gets rid of the blackheads
