I don't live like this, I just enjoy looking at pics like these for some reason.
this mother fucker make my desk look clean good lord
Keep posting OP. I have nothing to contribute but I've been always fascinated how can one live like this
I'd like to wallow in my own misery for a while in a similar living situation. The internet has enabled us to get everything we need for free aside from food and living expenses, so it's easy enough.
agreed. I''m definitely messy but not to that degree. i probably would give up eventually if it got to a certain point. but right before it hits that point, i end up cleaning up and starting over.
I have a facination with hoarders also! Like I watch clips of the TV show Hoarders also
i dont know why but this thread and these types of pix make me happy inside
This shit is my motivation for cleaning. Former hoarder here, not really a hoarder I guess (attached to garbage)....just was so lazy and never threw anything away. Gross. Keep em comin! This is my motivation to clean haha.
just recently, some lady had a hoarder house, filled with poop. 5 kids, many dead animals rotting in the house, and also dead babies.
Just keep on it dude and clean a little bit every time you get up and never get into the piss bottle habit. It is what I do and my shit is generally immaculate for only taking 10 mins a day to clean.
Exactly the same feel I get. Reminds me of this pic, love it for some reason.
YESSIRRR.....haha, and another thing I noticed, after you clean for 10-15 mins, you feel that sense of accomplishment, at least I do. I bet all those people are depressed as fuck living in a dungeon like that.
>These are not hoarders. Hoarders collect shit, these fucks just don't clean up.
They are the same to me. Hoarders also do not clean up, they collect poop and dead stray animals. Anyways hoarders are evil people. They deserve to live in what they created. It is just.
Quite, sometimes it get addicting, cleaning. I just mean to clean the cans out of my room and suddenly the whole thing is clean and my game is paused and I sit back down to a sense that my life is somewhat in order.
That thread made me sad. The dude got so fucked by having to pay child support (for a child he was initially told wasn't his) that he had to live in a shed with one window. Dude's so poor he can't even afford cigs, he collects spent butts off the street and empties them into bags and re-rolls them using pages of free books they give away at the library.
i used to live like this.
>ashing smokes on your keyboard
when my bong gets blocked i ash in the draw and put the resin back in the mix.
i gunk my bong and smoke the grot after i dry it in the oven at 55 for about 15.
hahahah exactly bro......the game/computer isnt going anywhere......time to clean up haha....pause the fucking game, get off your fucking ass, and lift a god damn finger haha. lazy asses. As a reformed lazy ass I look back on my ways and what an embarrassment, its nice to have a clean place especially if company comes over (implying anyone on here has company)
I saw this documentary where these people live in tiny ass houses. Since they're so small they can make them as nice as they want while only spending 20k or so tops. Sounded like a good idea.
I cannot purge the filth that resides inside myself, it is like the by product of a smoldering fire. All things good are pulled towards this fire, and all that remains in a tar. It spills out, over flowing. Apathy it's muse, and despair it's kin. I rarely notice how things grow around me, the clutter seems to not have any origin, i swear by all the floor still feels empty.
My legacy will never be fondly remembered. I am not the sunset shared, or the quiet nights you never forget. I will never even be the quiet sobs that no one knew about, or the pet that was taken from you far too soon.
I am a forgettable tragedy, I will never be more then a stubbed toe, a bee sting, a cracked windshield. My memory will only be maintained as long as it can gather sympathy.
My legacy grows around me, I wonder who will have to clean it up.
I just freebase it what does cooking the resin do. Also grot?
Exactly man exactly haha, or if I am playing a game like civ I will just clean between turns. I love having a clean apartment now because when I was a kid I was a lazy ass too and it fucking hurts to step on shit and shit gets broken, that is what convinced me to stop, when I stepped on my SP and snapped it like a fucking twig. Worst part? Had Oracle of Ages in it and snapped that in half too.
Things have gotten alot worse actually, only just got internet back up and running. Car is shot now, lost both my jobs in a single day, just waiting around for them to put an issue out for my arrest.
I was offered my dream job yesterday, in another state. To see the water as the buzzards eat your legs.
Wrong! There is no mental issue! They are all lazy faggots! Hoarding is just an excuse!!!! "hey mom i'm lazy and i dont want to do homework or take a bathe, im a hoarder and have mental issues feel pity for me and give me monies"
I can't handle that. I'd rather be with someone with a scat fetish
Yeah we just call them resin hits and drop them right off the scrap back in the bowl. I was just wondering if it offered any advantages to doing it that way. It's a last resort of course.
I live in California and at any of the smoke shops this or something like this is 2-3 bucks and rolls you 32 smokes, more if you roll them small. A man should not have to go smokeless at least.
I like it when filthy hoarder people die in their own filth. Unfortunately, many people are no where near dying of old age, they are renters and destroy property and then leave the garbage for the landlords.
Have you considered vaping? Vaping sticks are very affordable, and much more healthy than smoking. It will sate your nicotine addiction, millions of people around the world praise vaping.
I have and I don't like it as much. Makes me cough real bad, the tobacco flavors are off kilter and I don't really smoke so I can taste fruit. I just kinda like smoking the cigs. A little pipe, hookah or cigars if I can get nice enough stuff but it isn't a habit of mine to get nice tobacco. Just camels and I just kinda like tobacco as a whole.
What about the other pictures? You can literally take everything out of a garbage truck, dump it into your living room, until the trash almost touches your ceiling, then sleep and poop on the ground, and then can live just like a hoarder. These people deserve to live on the streets or a landfill, they really wouldn't mind. Instead, hoarders are collecting free government monies, and instead of cleaning, they go out and buy more fast food and trash.
What pisses me off about hardcore hoarders is that they practically ruin houses because of the smell, bugs, lack of maintenance, damage. They fucking ruined a potential home that would have been good for at least 100 years. My parents live in a house that was built in 1964 and they bought it from the old couple that bought it new. House look brand fucking new still and only had the interior repainted 15 years ago. Yet these stupid fucking slobs have to ruin a whole fucking house and all its potential because they are pigs.
cigarettes are highly addictive and detrimental for your health. Even the President of the United States has a smoking addiction. Some people can stop smoking cold turkey and not go into painful withdraws. Some people cut back and smoke menthol lights, nicotine chewing gum, or patches. Even hospitals offer nicotine shots to help people quit.
I am in my 20's and I have no intention of smoking anything but cigars after I am 30. Only on special occasions too. I want to set a good example for my future children and that doesn't include smoking. I plan to cold turkey it as I have before with no problems. I will be sick for a few weeks and then start to feel better with full lung strength coming back at 33-34.
My grandmother was a hoarder. She took custody of me when my mom died when I was 12. House went from being clean and uncluttered to a cluttered dirty mess. You can never have anyone over and it's impossible for you to clean because cleaning requires you to move things around in the room. It always requires the hoarder to leave the house because they will argue with you over every little thing that you want to throw out.
I have developed a slight hoarding issue. Sometimes I feel weird about throwing something out but I am in no way a hoarder. I just can't for the life of me throw out books. I could be persuaded to do so, though.
It took me, my aunt, her friend, cousin 6 hours a day for 4 weeks to clean out the 3 bedroom apartment. Dump truck took about 50 tons of garbage to the junkyard.
Nicotine will not give someone "painful withdraws", it might make them sick as a dog though. Anybody who says the experienced pain coming off of cigarettes or nicotine is either lying or has something wrong with them that's unrelated. It's not fucking heroin or cocaine.
For me, I piss in bottles because my room is the furthest room away from the toilet in my house (no upstairs toilet) and it saves me like 5 minutes everytime to piss in a bottle and let it run down the side of the house (outside wall) outside. No piss is "stored" just put in a bottle, then dropped out the window.
I bet a lot of you fuckers do this. Or am I the only one
One of the things that sucks about living with a hoarder is that they blame you. They think you can help by cleaning, but they have no idea that it's like using a broom and shovel to remove a mountain. It would take forever.
You can't even mop the floor because everyone that absorbs the water will begin growing mold.
All you can do is create 'clean zones' and live within that spot. I had my own room which was a clean zone but my grandmother kept putting her stuff in my drawers and whatnot. it was a nightmare
Another angle of this classic room.
that trash has poop splatter all over it. And it appears more than one person use that room.
That one makes it seem less pathetic for some reason. Maybe it's that pillow thing. In the other one it makes you think he's kneeling on a concrete floor with nothing but a towel.
>thinks he will be alive in 10 years
>thinks a girl will procreate with a faggot like him
>thinks full lung capacity returns (it doesn't, only COPD).
You are pretty awesome brother. Would you be so kind to post a picture of your room / and house? How big is that house that it takes you 5 minutes to get to a bathroom?
This looks like hobos set up camp under someone house? It is underground and you can see the foundations. No electricity..., that really doesn't count if it is not a permanent dwelling. Of course lazy hobos who choose to live on the streets will be dirty and stinky.
Pissing out my window wouldn't work for the beginning or end of the piss session. The piss would hit the carpet and shit.
It's pretty big, I'm also taking in consideration average talking with family time, getting a drink of water and shizzle. Definitely my tactic has saved me hours and hours of time in the long run.
>So far so kicking, walk a mile at least every day just for the exercise.
>I am married? Just not crazy about kids in my 20's (25) for any reason.
>Studies show that yes it does.
>Is that the president of Nintendo staring down at him?
lolol, I was wondering why there was a framed picture of some asian guy on that wall haha. It is truly bizarre.
Not a filthy room, but an... unusual... workstation, nonetheless. I rather like it.
>YOUR OBESE UNCLE JUST DIED. THIS IS WHAT YOU INHERIT.
Wat do first?
I have a friend in real life who lives in a filthy house. It looks like a hoarder house, with stacks of boxes and paper and old electronics piling up in all the rooms. Cobwebs in the corners of ceilings and stuck on the walls. They had many dogs over the years, they all died but the dogs furr is matted all over the floor. They have three cats that look like their sick, thick matted furr. The kitchen sink has ants just marching up and down. My friend is obese, like 6'0 400lbs. He lives with his parents in a 2 bedroom 1 bath house. He is like 26 yrs old. He wears the same clothes everyday to work. It's pretty crazy yet interesting how people live like that.
>Trash that shit, all of it.
>Take a shower.
>Take another shower.
>Sanitize the place
>Burn the house down for the lingering taint when cleaning could not be completed.
>Confess sins to Father for what I had seen on that unholy day.
Yeah I keep my shit clean.
Is that your house? Where do you sit? What do you need 5 monitors for?
That one is just pure bad ass. He clearly has his shit together.
Haha. My work has soo many fat people.
You know those articles about uninhabitable houses where children and animals are taken away from their owners... where "feces is smeared into the carpet" etc... well here's a photo of one.
How people can exist in such filth and squalor, I will never understand...
Having lived in one, it's not a choice. You get stuck with someone with a hoarding disorder and you make due. The one with the disorder can't help it so you try not to hate them for it.
Here's another... absolutely disgusting, you can see the floor is literally covered in dog shit....
You should try pressuring the one with the disorder by peer confrontation about it.
Command them to pick shit up. They're insecure about it. Once officially confronted, they have no way to hide. They'll get it done then
Maybe this is a weird thing to say. But when I see this room i just want to empty the whole room, throw everything away. Clean everything and put in a new floor and paint the walls.
What´s wrong with me. I hate people who do this.
Don't you at least try to clean, or anyone if it was your family? That is what I don't get. Why do these people's families do nothing but wallow in their mess.
Yes nothing better then a large book collection.
mfw i can smell these rooms through my computer
mfw wait what am I actually smelling?
There is no disorder. Your roommate is just an asshole and is playing chicken with you. To see who will clean up first. When no one will budge on cleaning, they caulk it up to "hoarding".
That isn't very realistic, tbh. The only way to get the house cleaned out is to have their full cooperation for months. The disorder is far more pervasive than you realize. Unless you actually dealt with hoarders you won't know the extent of it. Eventually the street wears on you.
I was a minor.
I lived with my grandmother. The only family lived a few miles out and we don't get along. Other family members lived 2k miles away.
Read my comments in the thread about my experience. It's not a simple situation. No one wants to deal with it because it can become a fulltime job for an entire month of brutal dedication to get things cleaned up. Sometimes people buckle.
I am not talking about a roommate but my grandmother from years ago. My aunt tells me that she was always a hoarder. Even now in the home she has a zillion things in her drawers and keeps food everywhere.
It is beautiful. It takes some sort of effort to make an empty room filled with poop, urine, and garbage. Legendary status is when people choose to live in that same place, everyday, sleeping on the floor, eating food in that same house. Some people are just lazy and are normal outside of home and work and stuff. But the disgusting bottom feeding humans, they tend to live exactly how youd expect them to. They dont bathe or anything. They just don't care.
Nah all you know about is being a cock sucking little BITCH, TOO.
You couldn't ever man the fuck up and set things straight because you decided you didn't wanna hurt anyone's feelings in doing so.
Lil dick nigga, fuck outta here with that diarrhea. We got enough stupid shit splattered on here already.
Bitch ass nugguh. git the fug outta hee with dat shit, homie. i'll give it ta ya real straight, ya hear? bitches b cray and they aint no thang you can do, ok mofo?
What if you went outside, grabbed your neighbors garbage bin, dragged it into your house, and just dumped it all over the floor. Would your roommate say anything? What if you just did that over and over until the room filled up. Would your roommate even care if you took a shit on the kitchen floor? Where do you draw the line?
I lived like the pics ITT for years. I didn't have anything that would rot and cause serious infestations like mice, roaches or anything like that though. Recently I had to clean it all up because I found a carpet beetle (eats textiles) on my bed. I carried 20+ cubic feet of trash out the door.
If you saw me on the street, you could not believe I lived like that. I wear clean, somewhat expensive clothes and take care of my hygiene.
The thing about living like that is that it's so fucking easy. The bad thing is that after a certain point, you don't have the energy to clean the mess up until you really fucking have to. It took me literally several days to clean mine.
My dog is a hoarder. All he does is tear up the furniture and newspaper, he leavers torn up stuff all over the floor, then he poos and pees all on the carpet. He likes to find roadkill and dead animals and collect them all in the room. He is a tough roommate but because he has a mental disorder, I find his actions completely normal and acceptable and I learn to live in it.
Not that crazy brolly. Almost every 20 year old male in America has filthy apartments also. The thing is you bothered to clean up. Some people see the cockroaches and bedbuds piling on and they ignore it and continue sitting on the loveseat watching tv while drinking straight out of the 2liter bottle, and then passing out.
I'm more concerned about the size of the holes in the net. They'd dig into your skin, what with the surface area and whatnot. Not to mention if you rolled over you could get your fingers caught.
I agree with that also. You can be a compulsive collector of things and also not be a disgusting excuse for a human being.
It sickens me how people use the excuse of having a mental disorder called hoarder, when in fact, they are just lazy lying pieces of shit.
lol I have to go back and look at the pics when you guys comment on them.
for some reason my skin doesn't react to mosquito bites - i don't end up with bite marks etc.
i had a doctor tell me the reason why years ago, but can't remember.
otherwise, sleeping bag or mosquito repellent.
> Is that kitty litter or tampons.
Gas canisters... look at the logo on the box:
That's true. I have a rule for that: I'm the only alive macro-organism with limbs that's allowed to inhabit my apartment.
>Some people see the cockroaches and bedbuds piling on and they ignore it and continue sitting on the loveseat watching tv while drinking straight out of the 2liter bottle, and then passing out.
That's something I just can't understand. I mean, you'll get a crazy rash from bedbugs, and roaches spread diseases. Do they just live with the massive bacterial infections and the itching? I don't understand it.
It's possible to be a hoarder and not live in filth. Sure your house might be cluttered, but it wouldn't be too difficult to stack things, or come up with some other system of organisation rather than just hurl everything into a pile.
That pic isn't that impressive. Give me 1 carton of cigs, a 24 pack of beer and I can turn out the exact same mess, then bounce out on rent and leave it for the next guy. The real gangsters are the people who stockpile that crap for years on end and live in it.
I promise, you will. The idea of bugs in your apartment, and the possible rash that ensues from the larvae that crawl in your bed will first make you irk, then want to just burn down the apartment, and then you'll clean it apathetically, feeling as though the task will never be over.
Having cleaned the apartment... I still don't see what's the upside. Apart from avoiding bug infestations, It's not worth it.
BTW, carpet beetles can easily thrive with just lint, dust, breadcrumbs and/or human hair. This is something I didn't know before.
>people who stockpile that crap for years
Why so edgy?
take a look mang, all these scumbag hoarders, they hoard, theyre a menace to neighbors, they get to live for free until they die. leaving miles of shit as their last act of malice. people have to put on bio-hazard suits to get near it.
What can you do? You can only take solace in the fact that these wretched, vile, people got to live and suffer by their own actions. They must take some sort of accountability
hahaha I picked ants out of my ears and nose this morning, and I was thankful because nothing drew blood in the night.
>some kind of beetle
 i really dont believe you. picture of your bed and insect roommates for proof.
as someone who hoarded garbage for 10 years, all i have to say is
go die in a fucking fire, asshole. you dont know what you're talking about.
What city do you live in my friend? Why do you live in a shed? Is it highly cost effective? Is there a way we can help you? Maybe order you pizza sometime or something? I am concerned why you live in a shed... Is there bathroom facility near? Maybe you are just camping?
Ehh it hasn't built up yet, I cleaned up for those pictures. There is a pile of clothes on my floor that has a carton of OJ under it from like 4 months ago, I just keep adding more clothes to it in the hopes that I wont smell it.
And because I am a huge faggot please rape my face.
nope nope nope nope nope not doing this song and dance again. Last time I posted my story on /b/ everyone got all feels and tried to send me shit. One guy actually sent me money and it felt nice for like a day, and then the depression hit so fucking hard.
im out. Just wanted to be gross with gross dudes.
i dont understand what you are implying. that was a true story. i have a coworker friend whom iv given rides to and i got to see how he lives. his bedroom has a foot of old rotting food on the floor, mostly mcdonalds, i saw his cat puke on his bed, and he didn't even do a thing. his dad, i think is on disability because he is always walking around shirtless and boxers, and they all play World of Warcraft all day. Its cray cray imo. I can share his facebook if you want. The guy is actually socially smart has friendly personality (we work customer service)
understood, but your story is still pretty cool. can you tell us more or share more pics. what happened in ur last thread? if you live in our city we could really help you out
anyhew, you seem to be in good spirits, you shouldnt feel depressed, that is for losers. there are all sorts of starving kids in ethopia and kids in china working 80 hour weeks. people like hearing sad stories, it feels good for them to give - so its win/win if you accept it.
I'm curious too. Like how are you posting on the internets, is this from your smartphone? Are you using neighbors open wifi? then you gotta take a step back and ask urself if he just trollin and making up stuff

during my depression my room looked a lot like the ones i see here. I didn't have food laying around, but you could barely get from bed to the door. I'm glad i'm through with that. Now my room is glorious.
