I really hope you guys can help a /b/rother out. I'm in the process of remodeling my entertainment room. I got some new couches and I'm going to be adding a bunch of new furniture. What I need is a green pillow just like the one I circled here. It will go perfect with my new rug and couches! Help me find this /b/! Also do you guys think adding some plants like in the pic go well with the green pillow? Thanks
I saw one just like that at Ikea just the other day.
i am a firm believer that a few house plants can really spruce up a room but dont go over board and add to many
what is this?
>>564023441
Any thoughts on plastic plants? Generally speaking I prefer live plants to fake, provides a certain kind of feel I like. But I have seen really combining plastic house plants, too
>>564023040
Bump for the cactus
>>564023928
*convincing
>>564023040
damn, i don't think i've ever seen a green pillow next to an lcdtv before
Be sure not to over do it with the green. It could make your living room look cery tacky.
Okay... is everyone going to ignore the disgusting fact that the cactus does not compliment the room at all?
Youre dying for a good throw rug, something with brighter tones than the earthy room you already have. Green or red would do you well.
>>564023040
I'm not entirely sure... But I think I see something similar looking, and also green in here somewhere.
>>564023928
Interested about this as well. I don't do well with plants they die on me, but I really would like to add some to my room.
>>564023040
considering that the sun emits green light, and thus the pillow cannot tint green its reflection, and rather is a reflection of nothingness, id say your request was flawed the moment you described the pillow as green
Need some good beastiality sites b
>>564023040
I think the plants are working well OP but im not to sure about those old christmas lights, they give the whole room a tacky sort of feeling.
I would go with a solid green pillow
>>564024680
What do we look like to you? Some sick freaks? You are disgusting.
>>564023928
i would have to say real over plastic any day unless you have a real go go lifestyle and know you wont be able to regularly water the plants
there is no substitute for living plants to really bright up the entire atmosphere
>>564024680
Please remove yourself from this interior decorating thread, friend, you seem to be lost.
>>564024603
That tone of green is nice, maybe just a bit lighter but that's kind of what I'm working with.

interesting that in the midst of the green pillow discussion, all anons have green IDs
>>564024680
And I thought /b/ was better than this...
OP here. Is this kind of plant hard to take care of? Also I was thinking of getting some towels like these here for the bathroom.
>>564024680
Fucking disgusting
This thread is why I love /b/.
And OP, you will also need a paint job. Look for a green that is slightly lighter than the plants, but is in the same color family as an accent color,
perhaps on the TV wall, with a light tan on the other three walls. A veritable jungle it will be
>>564025406
Also, anyone know where I can pick up a silver watch like this one? Really catches my eye
>>564023040
Post your room please.
>>564025342
Those towels do look nice and fluffy but id worry about over doing it with the green if you start bringing it into other rooms. Also i believe that is some sort of ficcus plant the are generally low maintenance and make a good plant for someone really just getting started with house plant husbandry
>>564025342
OP, if you're going for green undertones in any kind of interior decorating, might I suggest a major wood overtone/theme? They often work very well together.
>mfw actually good advice here
>>564025342
Green on green nigga? You insane? If you have greens on your living room go for some soft colors on your bathroom like sea blue
blue is the only way to go
>>564025463
Depending if I have enough money left I was thinking of adding carpet to the whole room, maybe this color.
>>564025406
It is a citizen eco-drive but this is for woman unless you are a woman
>>564026041
See? This guy knows what he's talking about. Soft washed out blues also work.
>>564026140
Absolutely not. Unless you want a jungle themed living room.
>>564023040
ayy lmao
>>564026140
>2014
>paying money for that shit
>>564026140
No, no, no, way too dark, you need contrast. Go for something like this couch
>>564023040
also op while your out
go nd geet urself a dag with a calloor just like this 1une
>>564026279
This blue right there is what i'm talking about, nice taste anon
>>564026140
Jesus christ OP what are you thinking?
A dark blue would definitely highlight the bright
greens in those plants you were considering far
better than some nasty brown. Smh
>>564023040
Is this a thing? Everyone pretends to not see it? That cactus is ugly as fuck
>>564026140
That wood table and chair set is horrible. If that's a dining room set then I would go with metal instead with a nice glass top. Maybe even a dark wood finish set that's completely square.
>>564026279
>>564026308
Ok I'll keep that in mind. So what about darker blues such as this?
>>564026140

Do you even color coordination?
You have to be either very bold or very stupid to combine more than one accent color.
A soft blue might work, but for a 3-color system you're looking for
>80% light body color
>15% medium accent
>5% dark accent, only in decoration and not in paint
THAT is how you make a room look fabulous
Sherwin-Williams out.
>>564026796
No, too much darkness you need to take advantage of natural lighting unless you dont have many windows on your house
>>564026501
That's such a nice sofa. Why ruin it with camouflage couch pillows?
>>564026524
Thank you anon, and as for the sea blue you were talking about, is this kind of what you were talking about?
>>564026796
You're almost there OP, that blue is a little too dark, to the point that it's almost purple. It might just be that the fabric has some red lowlights to it. Perhaps a blue a little bit brighter, and slightly greener would work. Like this.
Do you guy's think this kind of flooring is good for a main floor living room?
>>564026614
Ah you beat me to it about the dark blue.
These are my current couches.
>>564027135
Some people will never learn. Just look at this awful sofa-thing
>>564027275
Yes If you have a brick fireplace
You can't go wrong with white tiles
Side note: SOMEBODY CAP THIS
Future generations could use the advice given here
>>564023645
I am afraid its just a repost. But its funny nonetheless
>>564027275
Love the tile, and love the color. I think it would
work wonders with a bright, tangerine wall paint. Something like this
>>564027235
That's exactly the blue in my mind, where to find towels that tone?
>>564026140
whatever is done to your room, don't use this color!
I have been trying to find some dye for a chair I have that is this color.
It is such an old color and doesn't go well with anything.

> Male canines are the only animals that have a locking bulbus glandis or "bulb", a spherical area of erectile tissue at the base of the penis. During copulation, and only after the male's penis is fully inside the female's vagina, the bulbus glandis becomes engorged with blood.[2] When the female's vagina subsequently contracts, the penis becomes locked inside the female. This is known as "tying" or "knotting". While characteristic of mating in most canids, the copulatory tie has been reported to be absentor very brief (less than one minute)
great pics guys
>>564027952
wtf are you talking about?
>>564027952
The fuck are you talking about negro? This is a decoration thread, go with your biological class somewhere else nerd
>>564026512
That's a nice dog! He looks friendly.
This pillow has both blue and green. I like this one a lot.

I was thinking more like this.
>>564028207
Maybe you are wrong mate you are talking about the outfit of the lady, te pillow is leather
>>564027730
I disagree, if any blue or green is in the room it would clash with the orange like pic related
>>564027952
wtf is wrong with this pervert? here we are trying to help anon redecorate and this sicko starts talking about dod penises. frankly im both offended and disgusted.
>>564028493
I think that that particular blue is fine, but I do agree that the green will be horrible with that wall.
Since OP is in the market for green pillows I think we should focus on that.
>>564028493
I have a friend named Simone who has abed just like that!
>>564028674
He is what is wrong with this planet
>>564028223
>Dog penises
I think you're in the wrong thread pal.
Take your sick head somewhere else please
and thank you. Unless you have some sort
of advice to give to our distraught OP
And speaking of advice for distraught OP. Animal prints work really well with lots of plant and wood tones. Might I suggest something like zebra-print pillows? It would look lovely.
>>564028857
I agree on animal prints but only if you had nice art on your walls OP, are you still with is OP or we are just missing our time?
Ignore the disgusting couch, but check out this floor!
