I live in Missouri. I was watching the local news the other night. They had a little panel discussion about the Ferguson incident. Sitting on the panel was a black community-organizer-type guy.
When asked about what kinds of steps need to be taken to prevent things like the shooting and ensuing riot, the only solution this guy could think of was
