I'll agree with the front door problem, it should swing the other way, the TV problem has already been explained, it swivels, when you're designing for a tiny living space like that shitting near where you cook can't be avoided, not to mention it's not like there isn't a wall in the way, the door doesn't open to the kitchen area or anything, not everyone needs desk space to work on, this place was obviously designed for someone who doesn't need it. If you think you can do better with the same square meterage then you go ahead and try it, it's not as easy as it looks.
