Most training isn't really training, more or less field testing. I had to work an assignment before I was formally accepted. Differs for every company. My pay can vary from how many contracts I take a year, last year I took 4 and I got about 220k. Being foreign helps if you know the language, otherwise it plays no role. If you plan on working with the united states, you'll need to be a citizen

RamOPs isn't online for a variety of reasons, first of which being because they serve VIPs, not countries. Start low, you'll be doing some pretty shitty work when you start.
