You know the point of a gym isn't to be a bodybuilder. It's just more convenient for most people to go to a place that has stuff like ellipticals and weight sets than find a place to store it in their house.
I do go to the gym, 5 days a week in fact and cycle 6 days a week, I'm all about aesthetics though, low muscle insertions everywhere and not a deformed muscle. I consider myself luckier than "mesomorphs" if they even exist because I put on weight as fast as them.
Do those gym monkeys have any real strength or is it just steroids? Sure there are strong people who don't use steroids, but those don't need gym. You can work out without large machines too right at home. If you are young you really don't need to do anything to get muscles, they are there on their own if you don't eat fast food every day.
steroids builds strength, builds muscle. However you train and use steroids it will help more than anything. Olympic runners use steroids to build power in their legs, there is nothing wrong with steroids if used safely.
Where to begin...I don't like how muscle bound dudes look. I don't want to be one of them. I dont really care about how my body looks because if thats all you care about, i will pass on having you in my life. It is outdated because we not longer really need to be super bulky and infact never really needed to. working out isn't all about bulk and sluts, I'm a really nice guy, while still trying to be modest, I don't sleep around and I am a very attractive guy, I feel the need to find love, probably some of the shit I went through as a child, but being in shape attracts ALL women, because a guy who can look after himself can look after his woman. The guys who work hard in a 9-5 and think it's any good are fucked, they are the ones that end up with the washed up hoes, the used bitches that nobody else wants, but these guys just deal with it because they have to, although they can never truly love them.

No, because people who don't do jack shit (if they are not fat slobs) can live without pain in their bones even when they are 60 years old, while people who use steroids and work out unnaturally get pain as soon as they stop or when they 30 for sure. You need to observe old farmers who in their 90ies can still work the heavy work no bodybuilder could do when in 20ies because condition lackage. Can bodybuilders work on a field for 10 hours? No, not even for 1 hour.

I work out to FEEL good. I couldn't care less what people think about my looks. What matters is my opinion of me
I work out and I don't care about being attractive either. I wear the same shit clothes everywhere I go. I think everybody has seen my whole wardrobe. It just feels good mentally and physically. You would know if you weren't so stupid.
Last year I gained 15 lb of muscle in a year.
This month and last month I got too busy and stopped working out and gained 10lb.
The gain was so fast I'm kinda enjoying it.
I need to get back into it tho.
But as a hard gainer, just weight gain itself is making me happy atm.
Working out for practical strength and aesthetics are two different things.
To take it to an extreme, look at the average bodybuilder and the average MMA fighter. Their bodies look nothing alike. Not that many guys in the UFC look "swole" or ripped.
i do go to the gym, and id say 5% of people actually go to build core strength..

Don't have the drive to do it. I know there is a limit and that stops me. Why bother when I'll never reach above my natty limit? Why bother when I'll have to shell out for steroids later.
