That one doesn't work. Consider all four cases:
True/Heaven: "yes"
True/Hell: "no"
False/Heaven: "no"
False/Hell: "no"

Instead of OR you need to use XOR in that case. That's why my answer above used the words "exactly one" (essentially a synonym for XOR).
