Why is food so delicious and yet we can only eat so little of it if we're to be healthy?
if you eat healthy foods & exercise moderately you can eat all the food you want

Food is delicious and this makes you feel good just like any other thing that is necessary for the continuity of life, it's being delicious is an encouraging/rewarding factor.
The catch in your argument is that you are most likely not consuming the healthy food(if you did you wouldnt worry much about being have to eat so little) you should. Instead you are consuming unhealhy fast food filled with synthetic stimulatants and shit tons of unnecessary calories so you have to eat ''so little'' of it.
because our food today has not nutrition anymore. If you want to try to eat a shit ton, eat organic or local. otherwise eat food that has been processed to the point of having no biological value outside of excess calories.

What? No you can't. Even if you exercise, unless you live at the gym, it's not exactly easy to burn off the kind of calories you can easily consume in one sitting. I can get my entire daily calorie limit in one meal if I wanted to (papa johns large bbq bacon pizza), but that doesn't mean that it's smart.

i doubt you exercise an hour a day, with some cardio as well. thats what your bodies are made for, yet nobody gets close to that much exercise. and then they blame it on muh genetics and metabolism.

No you idiot. Running for an hour at about a 10 minute mile pace will burn off roughly 750 calories if you're 180 lbs. Add in vigorous weight training for 30 minutes and you're looking at an additional 300, but that will also speed up your metabolic rate.
Even with those numbers in mind, if you're not still a teenager/manchild, you can consume about 2800 calories a day without gaining weight. That's 2800 calories of shit that's good for you (for the most part).
Stop pretending you can eat whatever you want and workout for an hour and not be fat eventually.
According to my former trainer this is true. Losing fat is more about what you put in your mouth than anything. The working out benefits your health but has significantly less impact on fat percentage than diet.

Weight is 90% diet, 10% exercise. You can influence the kind of weight you lose or gain by altering (or starting) your workouts, but the *real* work is done in the kitchen, not the gym.
You may not be a hambeast, but that doesn't excuse a horrendous diet. If you shovel garbage down your throat most every meal, your body will be built upon garbage. Don't let your weight fool you, you can be skinny and unhealthy.
