She's come from another country, I'm guessing alone... so she doesn't have the social networks like brothers, cousins or friends to beat you up, nor would she have the knowledge of how to hire someone to do that. My best guess is she's trying to get back with you through some romantic puzzle, but she's a bit weird so she's coming off as creepy rather than intriguing. Here's the reasoning behind this:

My sister is a drug addict and she's unstable as fuck. She freaked out one day at her for no reason and my girlfriend was very scared. I still live at home (19 and moving out soon anyway because of said family, just need a bit more money) and my girlfriend was scared to go to my house. Everytime I mentioned anything about my family (mum, dad, other sister, anything) she would flip out. The reason why we broke up was because I couldn't take control of the situation with my family. If my family were out of the picture, there would be no problems.
