Isnt tor just a secure less easily tracked browser? if you had the URL it wouldnt pull up in any other browser? When I downloaded tor, I didnt see anything different from the usual internet.

If you order drugs and it is intercepted/(a cop)/etc., they will do a controlled delivery. What happens is the postman asks you to step out to his vehicle to sign for a package. If that happens, just say that you weren't expecting a package, and shut the door. Then burn the tails usb you were using to buy drugs. Also, get rid of any paraphernalia.

A controlled delivery tends to indicate that they do not have a warrant. So you have at least some time to get rid of shit.
