Is there something wrong with me /b?
I have a hard time sleeping regularly as is, but when going to sleep I almost always need auditory sensory overload so to speak. I usually have some shit on my tv playing as well as a podcast/music playing on my phone. Don't really pay attention to either, but without it i can't usually sleep unless drunk as fuck. I eat fine, work a standard 8-5 job, go to the gym, have social life etc...
This normal? Anyone else have this problem?
