I am currently wrestling in the 152b division. I have limited access to my schools gym and no money for a membership. What calisthenics can I do to enhance my wrestling?
If you can do just squats and deads there 3x a week it's good enough
Get a pull up bar, do pull ups, use a weighted backpack or something if you can do more than 20 reps a set
Learn to do handstand pushups, once they become too easy, get buckets and do them with hands on buckets/cinderblocks/whatever to increase ROM
Learn gymnastics: l-sit and planche pushup at least
Sprint uphill all day erry day
Running for cardio
You can also goto the local tire shop and ask them for an old car tire. Regular car tire work outs are cool. The tires are trash and they have to pay to get rid of them so they'll typically just give them to you.
