Most newcomers start in the dojo, cleaning, cooking and doing laundry for the other wrestlers, also setting up the ring. Then when they've earned it they move up the ranks. I love the traditional aspect of it to keep the guys humble, makes it seem much more like a legit sport/artform. If you watched WK10 you might have noticed CJ Parker from nxt amongst the young boys clearing the ring.
