What were the problems?

She'll be qt and entertaining as long as she stays in NXT like Rhyno. Otherwise, her second week on the main roster, she's gonna give Thicki Bella a hip attack that's just a liiiiiitle too stiff. 2 months of jobbing on main event and she'll be released.

I hate that Full Sail goes crazy for her because muh kicks. Is every Japanese outlaw gimmick stiff kicks/strikes? Why is risking injury to your opponent an awesome gimmick? And I don't find the face she pulls intimidating as much as trying too hard, but I suppose it's better than not trying at all. Otherwise she's fine, just doesn't deserve to be elevated over home grown talent for ever just because Full Sail neckbeards pretend to care about Joshi. Dana and Emma are doing great heel work but you just know they're never going to win, but that's more a fault of NXT with new talents than Asuka's fault.

In my opinion, when it comes to looks Asuka is 8/10. She'd be 9/10 if she got rid of her flab and got sexy abs like Becky. She is my favorite diva in NXT.
