Now that the manlet and the wymynz classics are over, why don't they just go for a Andre The Giant Heavyweight Classic? Isn't that just like dimes falling from the sky? Or would it be too hard to find 32 indy big men around the world?

If Beeg retires you could even have him as commentator with JR, or Mauro.

You could make interviews with the wrestlers like "i was bullied at school for being too big".

Would it work or would it be too farfetched? Who could be the entrants? Which would be the tune they use?

By snatching away these 4, the WWE awakened a sleeping dragon who has since gone on to have it's best year in company history, lit a fire under the wrestler's asses who were having superb matches before to have extremely engaging and 6-star matches, has become giga popular in the United States to the extent where American wrestlers see it as their viable alternative, inspired Takaaki Kidani to wage war against the WWE, inspired NJPW to hold one (and many more shows to come) on American territory, inspired Being the Elite to help appeal to western audiences even moreso, resulted in the immediate rise of Kenny Omega and Tetsuya Naito and inadvertently drew American, British and Canadian eyeballs to the company, in some cases indirectly advertising the company by talking about the "world-class" talent they poached from it. Now, the company has ridiculous momentum, taking advantage of the accessibility of the internet and enjoying the most popularity it's ever had in their illustrious 45-year history.

Ratings are down and all signs point to Monday's show doing very terrible going head-to-head with Monday Night Football. Merchandise is obviously way down. Ad Revenue has never been a reliable source of income, Network subscribers are growing at an awful pace but the most important thing here to notice is recent attendance figures. Now, these two pictures from this week's grim Raw and Smackdown crowds paint a certain picture.

Here's some context. Both shows were heavily advertised, well in advance with tremendous angles being set up, Braun-Brock, another Roman-Cena verbal confrontation in Raw's case and Mr. McMahon's return along with the climax of the Mae Young classic, Kevin Owens, Jinder Mahal, Randy Orton, AJ Styles on top of two championship matches for Smackdown. Now these shows were held in highly populated areas: Anaheim and Las Vegas. And these shows weren't even CLOSE to selling out, Meltzer noting that Raw's crowd was "incredibly disappointing". The WWE was so confident they'd sell Monday's Raw out, they had Roman Reigns stand square in the ring and talk about selling tickets and how "ticket sales were great" while talking to an arena that wasn't even 1/3 full with a straight face.

Which begs the question... What the fuck is going on? Why are ratings down? Why are ticket sales way down? The company, for all it's faults, is firing on all cylinders right now. The company feels "hot" and active again but people are no longer watching and certainly not attending the shows. Does anyone on the current WWE roster have drawing power? John Cena no longer does, Roman isn't drawing, Brock is no longer drawing, Mr. McMahon and AJ Styles aren't drawing. No matter what the company does, shows aren't selling out anymore. The last two WWE shows that were legitimately sold out were Summerslam and Great Balls of Fire. Does anyone have the ability to move the needle anymore?

My little brother has been slowly falling into the beta gamer loser spiral. He doesn't have many friends and lacks self confidence and he is scared of >big guys. I thought of joining a martial art club with him. That way, we get to train with each other and be more confident (also I get to see cuties). What are some martial arts suggestions? I thought of either judo or sambo, something that is practical and physically challenging.

I found a combat sambo gym but it's a 30min drive to there and without traffic. The other is a renouned judo dojo and the instructor also has some sambo experience. Thoughts?
