The closest thing you'd get to this is using TEW, editing in a promotion that allows nude wrestling and editing girls to be okay with doing it. Match reports aren't particularly detailed on it though so it probably won't get your rocks off but you can run a fully nude female wrestling promotion, with a shit ton of work.
