Yeah I cleaned it as much as I could with alcohol and peroxide. It doesn't look that bad, just two small puncture wounds, but I know cat bites get infected pretty easily

Just cleaning it should be fine. It won't get infected in you're careful about what comes in contact with the wound.
Don't use preemptive antibiotics unless you're sure it is going to be infected.
