How can you tell a lizard is happy? Do they act more affectionate or do something to express it?

Not op but lizards express happiness just by being relaxed, not skiddish, well fed, warm, and healthy. So not necessarily "happy" but content instead. It's still a nice feeling seeing your lizard bro so comfortable with your presence and their surroundings though.
