My new ball python just shed for the first time yesterday. His pattern/skin looks much brighter after shedding. He was a dark green color before, now he's more of a light green. Anyone else have this happen?

No, I have perfect color vision. If you don't believe me, absolutely everyone else will tell you the same thing.
If you're seeing green on a ball python you either have some sort of colorblindness, or don't actually have a ball python.

ehhh no, I'm afraid he's right. Ball pythons are typicially a green color. You might have some mild form of colorblindness sorry man.
