I think it's fine if it's not just cute pictures. I follow a lot of service/working dogs in training. "Gunner the Dutchie", for example, is a search and rescue dog in training, and I can't recall ever seeing advertisements or product placement. Animal accounts can be unique insights into the lives and training of working dogs, and it inspires me to do new things with my dog, as well.
It depends on what's being done with it.

My syrian hamster's eyes are crusty and closed. Sometimes they open by themselves when he's been awake for a while but often they don't. I already tried cleaning it with boiled and cooled down water butthat didn't help. Changed bedding to Carefresh and that didn't help. Also went to the vet and got antibiotic eyedrops and they didn't help. He's old though, and google says it happens to older hamsters. But I'm worried, so I was wondering if anyone here can help me before I go to the vet again.

So, I got my cat through the local SPCA four years ago. I only recently found out about the Nebelung cat breed, and they all look exactly like her. I know almost all cats are "domestic x" and I feel like it would be weird for a purebred cat to end up in a shelter, but the resemblance is striking and it's an American breed.
Does anyone here think this is possible? She's on the right in this picture.

Does it matter? It will be impossible to prove unless you have official papers (which you don't), and even then it's only really relevant if you're planning on breeding it and selling the kittens as purebred.
