It is possible to put a sprout in a potato to grow it,
But if i keep ot in there, will the potato eventually blossom as well?

You're asking if you could grow pot out of a potato? Normally I would say no, but I also know how resilient and hardy marijuana plants are. So yeah, possibly but I highly doubt it.

Giraffes are a hoax and the ones that have been seen are holograms

They are real but they aren't natural, this is evident in the fact they appeared seemingly out of nowhere in 1995.
Giraffe [Jee-rah-fah] also curiously means "knuckle horse" in the Angolan language.
The part that absolutely baffles me though is that nothing happened in Angola through the entirety of the 1990's that could possibly have been the catalyst for their horses to grow long necks and in fact the only event out of the ordinary in the region was that two directors working on a film series called "walker texas ranger" had chosen to use a few locations to shoot scenes for the project.
Being Angolan, I've never seen walker texas ranger though so I have no idea how this could be a factor.

Say you move to a different city. How long do you keep your cats indoors to prevent them from running away in search of their former home?

Well, you know, I wouldn't let a cat outside if I was living in a city. I wouldn't let a cat outside if I lived within 200m of a road.

But the general recommendation here, in this country that is no America, is two weeks minimum. For older cats that have never moved before, a month.

Okay 4chan i need some help. I am looking to buy a gecko my 2 options are a leo and a crestie. I am a little concerned about buying a crestie because it gets about 30 to 35 degrees in the summer and the gecko might overheat. As for a leo is it good to just feed him mealworms?

For leos you need to use at least two different feeders. Mealworms + something else. Phoenix worms and dubia roaches are excellent. Crickets are okay. Superworms are kinda high fat and mostly a larger replacement of mealworms in their diet.

30-35 C is way too hot for cresteds. If you want a high temperature lizard that doesn't eat live bugs I suggest a uromastyx (they eat fresh greens and seeds). Bigger tank but care is straightforward.

On Saturday I am going down to the local shelter and adopting two kittens. I went to the shelter yesterday to ask some questions. While I was there I found a cat that was in the 6-12 month old room that was just amazing. I'm wondering if it would be a good idea to adopt this cat and one in the 10-12 week range? Pic somewhat related looks like the older cat.

They may or may not get along. That being said, siblings may not get along later in life either. I fell for the two kittens meme, and my two cats who were siblings now hate each other. It's not so bad that I have to worry about attacks, but they won't be in the same room together. If you want two cats just to have two cats, introducing them as kittens is your safest bet. Just make sure you ask the shelter how that lone cat is with other cats (if they know). Sometimes they put kittens in rooms or cages alone because they don't get along well with others.

I would say look into cat to cat intros, but I'm not sure how it would go if you adopt two young kittens at the same time. Still look into it, but I think you'd want to have them get used to each other sooner rather than later before they get set in their ways? I'm honestly not sure.

>I found a cat that was in the 6-12 month old room

So I assume that it's the kind of shelter where cats of age groups are put in a single room, no cages? If so, how was the cat behaving towards the other cats? As long as it wasn't hissing and growling at the other cats, it'll be fine. They're both kittens so they'll have similar energy levels.
>>
>>2323219
Yea they call them cat condos at this place it helps to see how they get along with other cats and people. This one seemed to stay away from the other cats and just wanted to interact with people. I won't have time to monitor them constantly so I'm probably going to end up with two young siblings or the one. She seemed to be more comfortable around people than the other cats. But there is a good chance she could already be adopted by the time I go back.

Hey there, a question for any more experienced fish caretakers! I have been looking to upgrade to a big fish tank, something around the dimensions of 23x13x24. If my math is right that should be about 31g. I was looking to put just two fish in there, a South American bumblebee catfish and a figure eight puffer. Would this work? I did a little research myself, and according to this site:
http://www.aqadvisor.com/AqAdvisor.php?AquTankName=&AquListBoxTank=Choose&AquTankLength=23&AquTankDepth=13&AquTankHeight=24&FormSubmit=Update&AquListBoxFilter=Choose&AquTextFilterRate=N%2FA+&AquListBoxFilter2=Choose&AquTextFilterRate2=N%2FA+&AquFilterString=puffer&AqSearchLengthMin=&AqSearchLengthMax=&AqSearchTempMin=&AqSearchTempMax=&AquTextBoxQuantity=&AquTextBoxRemoveQuantity=&AlreadySelected=200912011163%3A1%3A%3A%2C200910221629%3A1%3A%3A&FilterMode=Display+only+suitable+species+for+your+tank&AqTempUnit=F&AqVolUnit=gUS&AqLengthUnit=inch&AqSortType=cname&FilterQuantity=2&AqJuvMode=&AqSpeciesWindowSize=long&AqSearchMode=advanced

It would but I would like to get some other opinions, as this may not be entirely accurate.

Well Figure of 8s are brackish and SA Bumble Bees arent? Size difference and aggression levels alone wont make it worth it.
>>
>>2322859
Aquadvisor has a lot of flaws, so I wouldn't suggest relying on it exclusively when stocking your tank. Seriouslyfish is a good website and the fishlore forum is also good. Either that or take it to /aq/
Also, they do better in brackish.

My dog has a small, hard lump under the skin on his head, near one of his ears. I don't have a camera right now and I couldn't find any picture of something quite like it. It's dark grey so it looks like a tick or a bumpy mole, but you can feel the ball is bigger under the skin. It's not huge or anything, though. Should I take him to the vet?

Sebaceous cyst.
My best guess.

Check to see if it's a tick. My grandparents dog usually had 4+ ticks every time she went out during tick season.

take him to HIS vet anyway just so they can give you a trusted opinion. Really nothing to worry about just watch it doesn't get worse. Dogs get a lot of new bumps, moles, and cysts as they age
