Hey /an/. My old dog died a few months ago and I feel like I'm finally read to get a new one. Do you guys have any recommendations for dogs? I'd be looking for something with a shorter coat that doesn't shed as much, and a dog with a more quiet, friendly disposition. Something small to medium size, I could maybe consider a larger dog. A longer lifespan would be good too. If its a dog that requires a lot of attention, I'm down for that as I work from home, and exercise isn't a problem - I have a huge back yard. I live in south Georgia, so it does get quite hot and humid here during the spring and summer. I'd super appreciate any recommendations, thanks!

yorkies don't shed, and while most are yappy - I've come across quite a few that are incredibly quiet - these are usually the ones that still have some of their vermin exterminating instincts.
>>
It sounds like any dog would be good for you op
Why don't you go to a local shelter and look around and see if there's a doggo that stands out to you.

Please advise

>cat goes into heat today
>can't take her to vet tomorrow because FUCKING EASTER SUNDAY or just Sunday whatever
>other cat is male and trying to get at her constantly through the carrier

these shits are going to drive me nuts. I can't separate them because my dogs would kill them outside of my room. Should I just let them
bang and get the female fixed in a few days? Is there any reason to keep them apart otherwise?

I really really don't want to deal with kittens again, cute as the fuckers are

You could let them bang and the vet will abort the kittens when you take her to get her fixed

Or you could do the responsible thing and tough it out until Monday when you can take one or both of the cats to get fixed.

Also train your dogs to not kill your other pets whhy do you even have cats if your dogs want to kill them/why do you even have aggressive dogs.
>>
>>2358331
well yeah but there wont be kittens to abort by monday. Is there any harm in it taking that into consideration?

Working on the dogs, the cats got dumped on me but im not just going to toss them out. Dog aggression because im surrounded by idiots. I can train the dogs, just not the people around them.

Give her some birth control. Maybe some estriol cream. Of course, feline steroids must be different from human ones, so you'd have to check which ones would work.

Or just all the way with the necessary completely-batfuck-insane techno-wizard solution and make a chastity belt for her.

hey /an/, I've never posted here before, but I need a little advice. We found a pair of cottontail bunnies, and before anyone screams "Don't move them from the nest!", here's what happened:

>Dad's clearing out the yard for easter party
>Digging out an old stump with a garden hoe
>We spot a bunny crawling out and we picked it up from it's (now destroyed) nest
>Start rummaging through the wheelbarrow that he was throwing the stump pieces in
>Sure enough, theres one in there, miraculously unharmed
>Start digging down into the nest to see If there are any more trapped in there
>Get viciously attacked by fire ants that are now everywhere
>Brought the two bunnies inside and started scouring the internet for info

Now, I'm sure the mother is still out there somewhere, but the nest is completely destroyed and infested with fire ants now, so there's no way I'm putting them back. My sister wants to keep them as pets, and I kind of want to as well. I know that every piece of information screams "NO, YOU CAN'T KEEP WILD RABBITS, YOU HAVE TO RELEASE THEM!", but fuck that, this is the internet, and I don't give a shit.

So far, I bought a couple cans of goat's milk, and some heavy whipping cream, and they've been drinking it like crazy through the syringe, so they're pretty healthy and they seem fine. I got a cage, some hay, one of those cage watter bottles that you hang, some rabbit food and a couple mini bowls.

They're both about 4" long, but I'm not sure exactly how old they are (eyes are open, and look like pic related, maybe 3 weeks?) or when and how to start weening them off the milk. And when I do ween them off the milk, is generic rabbit food ok for them, or should I just feed them wild grass and hay? Do I give them water too, or do they get plenty of hydration from the milk as babies, and from the grass when they get older?

>TL;DR: I found a pair of baby cottontails and I'm keeping them as pets. How can I make it happen?

They may die from stress.
You should bring it to a wildlife center. If young enough they are likely to die in your hands.
Goodluck though
>>
> I'm keeping them as pets
take them to a wildlife shelter or just release them you stupid fuck. Theres literally no point in keeping them when you can get a domestic one

This is animals/nature bro

is it bad for me to get a cat if i live alone.

its unhealthy if they're alone alot right ?

I'd say it depends how often you get to socialize with the cat! If you're able to have it roam in/out freely I think your cat would do just fine! (even if its just in your backyard or something similar)
>>
Don't let your cat outside unless you can make it a catio or you teach it to walk with a harness & leash.

As for being alone, cats like being alone as long as you're not gone for more than around 10 hours a day and even 10 hours is fine.

Make sure when you do have time with it you play with it a lot to make it tired other wise all the pent up energy will make your cat go crazy.

Why is my cat so cuddly? I often have to push him away because he lays on my laptop, licks my arms, face, etc, constantly rubs his head against me and generally just gets in the way while I'm trying to do work or sleep. Is there something wrong with him?

So I have two cats. Don't know their breeds, they're just run of the mill cats.

One is a normal healthy weight cat with an enflamed asshole from being raped by the other overweight slightly retarded cat. Now I aint joking when I say this retarded cat is retarded. I'll call the normal cat rodriguez and the retarded cat macy from here on out.

Macy stares at fucking walls and has no reaction to anything done to him. The only reaction he has is to the sound of food entering his bowl. At least that's what I thought until I discovered a couple of scabs on Rodriguez's neck. They looked like scabs from bite marks, which is weird because Macy never responds to his attempts at play.

So I'm laying in bed with my

>gf

And I'm starting to fall asleep when I hear my

>gf

say, "OH MY GOD HE'S RAPING HIM."

Sure as shit, Macy was biting into Rodriguez's neck while he was fuckin raping him. So the scab mystery got solved, as well as the enflamed asshole.

My question for you folks is this, how the fuck do I get an overweight retard from ass raping a normie

Pic related is Rodriguez
