Sleep tight croco
Saw this little guy making his way down the drainpipe on my way into the house this morning. Figured /an/ would enjoy it.
Ridiculously tiny animals thread I guess? Or just a snail thread.
Here's a little frog who lived in our screen door for like half a day or so eating bugs that got trapped.
I would like to hear /an's opinion about each and presented with the opportunity which would you choose to own? Both is not an option.

I have 2 ferrets. They're pretty cool. They shit a lot.
ferret smell really bad and are hard to take care of.

Chinchillas are just fat guinea pigs
Hi guys.
I'd just like to say first off that I am taking him to a vet, but it won't be until this friday. This thread is more for peace of mind.
I've noticed last night that my cat has a golf ball sized lump on his back right thigh. He doesn't seem to mind me poking / feeling it but his general attitude is definitely more dull. He's also sitting awkwardly and lying only on his left side. He's an active cat and generally a dick to his brother, so the possibility that he fucked off the neighbor's cat is definitely there.
I've looked over the lump and can't see any bite marks or scratches, nor does any fur look patchy / out of place.
Ultimately, what I'm asking is "Should I be freaking the fuck out?" (rushing him to vet now)
Is this likely to be something fatal (in regards to the vet saying "We can't fix it, and he's going to have trouble for the rest of his life") or is it just going to be some sort of bacterial infection that a few pills would fix up?
Pic may not be the best but shows the lump.
I forgot to mention that he's 13 years old, if that helps.
I can also post more pictures / better angles if needed.

Not too out of the ordinary for an older cat. They get benign tumors. Unless iy gets so big it's difficult for him to walk there's no problem but you should take him to a vet just to confirm it's benign.

Most of the time it's cancer, sorry :/
>TFW anniversary of cats death, had one day to go before freedom, how do you cope with your death anniversaries /an/on?
I usually try not to remember the exact day in the first place, if I can help it.
Baby rabbit got caught in glue trap. Room mate decided to just rip it off the glue trap before i could get stuff to take it off more gently. It's not in a box in my bathroom.
What do I do? We plan to call a rescue tomorrow, but I don't want it to die in the middle of the night.

the weak should fear the strong
>>2421892
If that's the case, pizza-face, you & your fat ass must live in fear every day. :-)
>>2421889
It's quite possible that it will die in the coming hours, unfortunately. Rabbits have a tendency to die of fright-induced heart attacks no matter how gentle you are with them. Best thing you can do for it now is give it space and hope it lives long enough for you to call professionals.
I have a quaker parrot. I want it to like sit on my finger and play around on my desk and be able to pet it and stuff, but any time i have my hand anywhere near my cage it tries to bite me. Wtf do i do
Reward desirable behavior, punish undesirable behavior.
Invest in a good parrot correcting stick.

Also, exactly how smart are whales really?

not smart because they'd learn to breathe underwater or get jobs on land
