I went to bed at 6am, it's 11:52 now and I feel like shit. How do I fix this? Sleep for another few hours or wake up and go early tonight?
Find something to do today. Take a long walk to a nice place, play some sports, hang out with friends. And that your body will auto-sync to its natural mode. Let yourself be tired.
