So I have this weed here that I've just been keeping in this container for about a month and I opened it and saw this whitewebbing looking stuff all over it. When I first got it there were tons of white hairs all over this shit but not having any prior experience with weed, I was just told that means it has a high THC level (I was given this stuff for free). Anyway, about 2 weeks ago I put in a VERY slightly damp paper towel on top of it to keep it hydrated because I've heard dry weed sucks.
I'm suspecting this white shit is mold because I don't remember there being this much fuzzy stuff and I kept moisture in the container, but I have no idea.

Mold. Throw it out.
Smoking moldy weed can cause you to inhale the spores, which can cause a lung infection that lasts for years.
Don't put a moist paper towel on your weed, it will lead to mold.
If it is too dry, put in an orange peel with the weed in a jar for 12 hours then remove it.
