I have nightmares about my exboyfriend every other night. We broke up 4 years ago and dated for almost 3.
I used to not think about him till about one year ago.

He wasn't abusive but he definitely would try to force me into stuff and guilt me for not complying. My nightmares are usually about us breaking up and he just follows me around smiling.

How do I get past this?
