How do you cope with change and the advance of time?
I just got a new job, On paper its much better for me. Its a good job, it's better hours, better pay, with better future prospects, but I miss all my friends from my old job. My old job was shit and boring, but also really comfy, I knew everyone and had fun with them.
Now I don't know anyone and I feel so cold and alone. Life scares me and I cant stop crying.
I want time to stop moving forward. I dont want to get older. I want everything to stay how it was forever.

Change is part of life, anon. No transition is easy, especially when you've built up so much at your last job.
Firstly, don't neglect your old friends. Keep in touch with them if you can (are they far from you?) and don't fall into the trap of 'cutting yourself off'.
Building up new relationships will take time, but it's a great opportunity for you! You're the new guy/girl--that means you have an excuse to be weird around the new people. Ask about what they do, what their hobbies are, etc. You're the newbie so if you play your cards right you'll be laying foundation for new friendships really soon.
Change is pretty scary, but it's natural. Try to think of it as an opportunity for good, not a detachment from what you were originally comfortable with.
