I'm very close to my best friend (we're both girls). Like we sleep together, bake together, watch anime, play co-op, go shopping etc. We've known each other since first grade. We are very affectionate. At the moment we have matching steam display pictures and our descriptions both say " my waifu" and it hyperlinks to each other's steam profiles. I would say that, if he is insecure he should remember that he's with you for a reason, because you love him (Hopefully...).
