I don't even understand this concept. "Blame" is not some arbitrary decision. You can't just act like nobody should ever be held responsible for their actions. This problem was directly caused by one person's carelessness, If nobody "blames" her she won't be more careful in the future, and fuck-ups like this will continue to happen
