How have people broken their bad habits in the past? I've heard after 30 days, a habit is formed or broken, but I can never make it that far. I know will power and all that, but there has to be some techniques to help. For example, I don't bite my nails anymore. However, I do pick my nose. It is disgusting and I know it, but by the time I realize it, it's too late. It usually starts with a scab or something in my nose that I feel. I just have to remove it or it bugs me. It then turns into having to make sure both nostrils are free of debris. It's not just not blowing my nose and finding boogers. Help me be less disgusting.
