I recently sprained my wrist pretty bad, and was wondering if anyone had any good recommendations for wrist splints for recovery on top of exercises, etc
Vaseline, some feathers, and preferably cow dung or jenkem. The Vaseline so your wrists slide easier, the feathers so you can be tickled and distracted from the pain, and the dung so you don't suffocate from the laughing because it smells nasty and you don't want to die like that.
