I had to buy something kind of expensive from ebay for school which they knew about and it prompted the bank to call my home number where my parents still live. Basically the balance was less than they were expecting and they're insistent on looking through my account history.

The bank certainly won't edit your statement. If you had to submit statements to a company or government body to prove your income and expenditure it wouldn't be unreasonable to print the statement and blank out the names, but if you do that with your parents they're going to know straight away that you're hiding something - given that they're looking for fraud, the repercusions of that would probably be worse than them finding out you've been paying for porn.

The first thing to do is take a look at your statement and see what the transactions are listed as. Chances are they won't say "hot xxx ladyboy spermload action", because they'd never get any return customers (no one wants that shit in their records). It'll probably show up as "blahblah media group" or "soandso entertainment", something like that. You might get lucky and they won't think anything of it, or if they ask you could just say it's dlc or whatever - of course, if they google it you're fucked.

Another option could be to say you bought it for someone else, "Oh that, yeah. John lost his card so he asked me to pay for something online then he gave me the cash for it, don't really know what it was". It's getting in to "sorry teacher, the dog ate my homework" territory, but it's not like you have any better options.

Thanks for the advice guys. I think I'm just going to tell them the truth and hopefully they won't be too angry with me. The only other option that makes sense is to use the true fact that one of my friends is a Chaturbate model and say I was paying some kind of fee for her but I think I'll just own up so I don't put her in danger of being found out.

Talk to them like adults. Say your finances are your issue and that you will show them the point where they are sceptical. If they say your expenses are stupid, tell them its none of their buisness and that you will look after yourself. If you can get them to accept that the page they need to see is open then you can edit the contents in the window using dev tools. Hit F12.
Hover over the window with the code stuff. If there's no code stuff click the 'elements' tab. Hover again over the code stuff. It should be showing colors of different things on the screen. Find a post. Expand it, edit the contents or whatever. Looks completely convincing. So if you have trouble with any payments you can just change the name that's being displayed while they watch.

Take screenshots and ask questions if you need help. The entire thing resets when you update the window.

A more permanent solution would be to learn Javascript and CSS and make it so you replace all instances of 'name' with something else. But that's harder, and I'm not a web developer so I don't know how to do that stuff really. I know it's possible.

You should just tell them that there isn't any fraud going on and your finances aren't their business. Unless they're giving you money to live on they have zero reasons to be asking for this.

Anyways, if you show them, stop fucking worrying about them seeing you paid for porn. Most porn sites have generic business names so when they show up on bank/credit card statements they don't seem out of the ordinary. If they find out and if they look up the two sites it's nothing but cam whores anyways. This seems like too much work over hiding you paid for some porn.

Also, follow the one anons advice and get a prepaid debit card to pay for this stuff in the future.
