See, women are attracted to social status, personality and looks, in that order so that's what you need to work on. Obviously, social status will come with time, but only if you work on it. So get off /adv/ and start a profitable career, you poor fucking cunt. Now about the personality, you need to be confident, assertive, calm and all that shit, surely you heard it before. Start by identifying your problems, or rather what makes you insecure and work towards improving your situation. For example, go to the gym, since you consider yourself ugly. Helps with confidence and looks, win-win situation.
And read some shit on social itneraction and psychology, then try to apply it to your day to day life. You will learn a lot about how to interact with people, how to be more pleasant and how to look more confident etc. A good place to start is "How to win friends and influence people" by Dale Carnegie", it's a book fool of trivialities, but they work wonder when applied.
