Don't download a repair program. Stick in your win 10 dvd and choose the recover options

Restore points never delete files. Also it's the solution to your windows related problems in 9/10 cases.

Try doing a virus scàn, obviously, if its clean, check your memeeory, see if it isn't full and delete stuff if it is, power off, power on, still not working, first, get a hammer, then smash it to hell :3

Didn't really fix my problem, yet. I didn't create a recovery point so windows restored it from the point where I started (today). Learning the hard way by being a dumbass...

worst case scenario just save whatever files you need then reformat your hard drive, it'll suck having to redownload your games but it's sure to get your computer going again
